All products sold by STONEVIA:

  • Are made to order
  • Are manufactured using natural stone materials

Due to the nature of stone: 

  • Variations in colour, texture, pattern, and finish are normal and expected
  • These are not defects and do not qualify for refunds

4. ORDERS & CONTRACT

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by STONEVIA
  • Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, a binding contract is formed
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate measurements and specifications
  • Ensuring all order details are correct before checkout

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
  • Full payment is required before production begins
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Correct pricing errors
    • Refuse or cancel orders before production

6. PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES

  • All products are made to order with a lead time of up to 12 weeks
  • Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by supply chain or production issues do not entitle you to cancellation or refund

7. DELIVERY

  • Delivery dates are estimates only
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery
  • You must inspect goods immediately upon receipt

Any issues must be reported within the timeframes stated in our Returns Policy.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Key terms:

  • No cancellations once production begins
  • No refunds unless due to verified manufacturing defects
  • All claims subject to inspection and approval

9. INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

STONEVIA is not responsible for installation.

We accept no liability for:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Use of unsuitable materials or adhesives
  • Failure to follow installation guidance

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STONEVIA shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business
  • Installation-related issues
  • Natural material variations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under UK law.
